I was dismayed to read about the poor service that you received in our Subaru service department. It was so concerning to me that I visited with Jennifer Brissell my Subaru service manager to see if she was aware of the situation. Jennifer told me that she had already spoke with you about your experience with Jim Welch and that she had discussed the situation with you. I am thankful that you are willing to give us another opportunity to correct our shortcomings and prove to you that your last experience is NOT acceptable to us nor is it representative of how we wish to conduct business. Jennifer and I have also taken the time to discuss proper protocol with Mr. Welch as it pertains to professional conduct when dealing with customers. Jenny feels terrible about your experience and is frustrated that the culmination of events that day resulted in such a negative review of her department. She has worked very hard to make certain people leave happy and completely satisfied.
