I always get amazing service at the dealership where I bought my car in 2019. I purchased an extended warranty so I’ve been lucky that I haven’t had to pay a lot. The car was serviced promptly for oil change and tire rotation. I waited an hour for it which is reasonable. I used the coupon which was sent to me via an email from the dealership. I recently had my car battery die and Michelle at the Hyannis service department was not only accommodating and professional but also one of the most helpful and courteous people I have ever met.
