We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with George not only his Subaru knowledge but just getting to k now him as a person and what interests him (his family, new house and golf!). We had to take here car because of the car seats already being installed in it, brought the flier, a photo of the odometer reading and wanted to get prices on a new lease with 10k miles/year and the numbers they gave us on the sheet that was mailed to me. Our salesman couldn't give us a quote unless someone put their hands on the vehicle. He couldn't even use the numbers that your dealership gave us to provide a hypothetical quote. Then we find out that the value printed in large, bold font was not accurate due to the mileage of the vehicle. I even showed the email from another Subaru dealer saying that they would match the total on my sheet, even with the miles on the car. Still, no hypothetical quote. I get that this decision was out of our salesman's hands and I do not hold him accountable at all for that. Just a dumb store policy. I ended up buying my car at the other Subaru dealer. We could not even get a quote on a new vehicle without my car being there, our kids ages 2 years and 3 weeks were shushed twice because they wanted to film someone in the show room. Our son was having fun playing with the balloon that was given to him by someone at your event, and our daughter was hungry. Upon showing up one of your sales staff threw those snappers that POP as soon as they hit the ground, and had thrown them right at our feet and our baby stroller. The two people there that we knew personally treated us normally and were great, but everyone else there had the most fake attitude I have ever seen. More

6000 mile first service on new vehicle My first service with this dealer was for a 6000 mile required oil change. I had a scheduled appointment In addition I had a sensor problem with my Tire Pressure sensors I waited 2 1/2 hours for the car, the tech told me they checked for nails in the tires (it’s a sensor issue and I would have to come back and leave the car for an extended time), and they initially charged me $120 even though I had a coupon for $80 (they corrected this error) On my way home, the Sensors shut off again I have no choice but to return to this dealer at least for now Very poor way to get customer loyalty Hopefully the service department can improve to the level of their excellent sales dept More

Brake light switch Recall done, brake lights not checked!? Job done, NOT checked! Brought in for Recall of BRAKE LIGHT switch. Easy, quick fix, got us in on time, performed the change quickly. We drove 1/10 mile (or less) to get coffee, just to be sure, I got out and actually checked BRAKE LIGHTS, the RH brake light lamp was not working! Sorry, that is a FAIL! Evidently, they just toss in a new BRAKE LIGHT switch, but see no reason to verify by checking the BRAKE LIGHTS! Really????? I bought a new bulb for $4 on the way home, installed it in about 5 minutes (2 screws, pop out light assembly, replace bulb, re-install light assembly.) We CHECKED brake lights AFTER JOB WAS DONE... Now our brake lights work fine! Disappointed that a VERY simple switch replacement which should have been checked by an even more simple check of the brake lights was evidently not part of that particular Recall procedure??? I realize this is a SMALL thing.. however, It's the little things that keep you coming back. We WON'T be! Changing the bulbs is so easy, mind boggling that they wouldn't check AFTER the recalled brake light switch replacement... While it is remotely possible the bulb burned out in the approximate 520 FOOT drive to the coffee shop (as suggested by the Svc. Mgr.) I think most would agree it is HIGHLY unlikely....(ok, almost impossible odds) Oh, and asked for an inspection sticker while we were there, seemed there was a 1 hour wait for that, so we passed on it, I bet they would have seen the brake light issue if they had done the inspection sticker for us! (at least I hope so) Side note, While we were waiting, we had questions about the new Outback, they were too disorganized, never got anyone to answer, Won't be trading in our 2014 Crosstrek and buying new at THIS dealership. Too bad, we were in a buying mood. More
