I didn’t buy my 2020 Outback from Copeland Subaru but because of the way I was treated by the service department I will consider this agency when my lease is up. My car was under warranty when the batte because of the way I was treated by the service department I will consider this agency when my lease is up. I am very pleased with the service I received at Copeland Subaru in Hyannis. My appointment was timely and stress free. The young man who greeted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our car was not only Subaru in Hyannis. My appointment was timely and stress free. The young man who greeted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our car was not only serviced quickly, but prior to service the manager drove my car to check out my concerns. This helped the mechanic focus on what was going on. He/She fixed the problem in a timely fashion and called me immediately to let me my car was fixed and ready to be picked up.
