My car drives like a new car now. Ready for Nov MA required inspection. Service reps kept gave me status updates were kind, understanding, explained everything. I had a scheduled appointment In addition I had a sensor problem with my Tire Pressure sensors I waited 2 1/2 hours for the car, the tech told me they checked for nails in the tires (it’s a sensor issue and I would have to come back and leave the car for an extended time), and they initially charged me $120 even though I had a coupon for $80 (they corrected this error) On my way home, the Sensors shut off again I have no choice but to return to this dealer at least for now Very poor way to get customer loyalty Hopefully the service department can improve to the level of their excellent sales dept More
