Its over four years I have been visiting this garage to have my car serviced. I have not had one reason to complain or feel I am not getting the best service. Quick, friendly service. Also much better than Toyota in Braintree.They are close to my work. Their hours are good and they have been friendly everytime I have gone there. My wife brought our Lexus to be serviced. It was having brake issues. When we called,,they gave us an appointment within 24 hours. When the work was completed, she was called at work and a driver picked her up. This car has been serviced by Toyota since we purchased it as a used car with 10,000 miles on it. It now has 139,000 miles and we have every confidence in Copeland Toyota to keep it running until we are ready to purchase another car. I have gone there many times and they have always been quick and friendly and right. I want it done once correctly and they have done that. this visit was easy --I had a light replaced --i originally went quick and friendly and right. I want it done once correctly and they have done that. this visit was easy --I had a light replaced --i originally went to a gas station who wanted me to open the trunk to see if he could find out how the light ficture would come out? the fact he did not know without looking --i decided it would be better even for a light to go to copeland--it cost about 12 bucks--i beleive i made the correct choice More
Brian Conroy did a great job with my Camry. Repairs were done professionally and as fast as possible. He always kept in touch with my repair status and made sure I was totally satisfied. I live in Natick and am halfway between Wellesley Toyota and Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. I work for a company which has a store halfway between Herb Chambers Toyota in Boston and Watertown Toyota. We hav and Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. I work for a company which has a store halfway between Herb Chambers Toyota in Boston and Watertown Toyota. We have another store directly across the street from Boch Toyota South and yet another store within a half mile from Boch Toyota in Norwood. I drive about 30 miles to get to Copeland to do my services on my vehicles. I have both a 2007 Tacoma and a 2007 Camry. I am a stickler about servicing my vehicles. I do an oil change every 2500 miles up to 50,000 miles and then every 5,000 miles after that on my vehicles. My Tacoma only has 35,000 miles so it still goes in for an oil change every 2500. My Camry or I should say my wifes Camry which goes in every 5,000 now has 65,000 miles and just had to go in for its first non regularly scheduled service. It had an oil leak that I noticed in the driveway. I called AAA and had them drop it off on a Sunday with a note. I was called Monday morning and was told it was a minor common problem and would be covered under warranty and that I would be called when it was done. They called not long after and I picked it up that afternoon. Copelands service department is the best. Very comfortable to wait for your car while being serviced. I usually make a Saturday morning early appointment and I love the massage chairs and it doesn't hurt that there is a Dunkin' Donuts right next door. I could go to ANY Toyota dealer but I choose Copeland because they really do strive to be EXCELLENT. I have had no complaints and would be the first to tell you if I did. I also know if I had a problem and brought it to their attention they would make it right. Please feel free to post this for other readers. Randy B. More
