I was greeted promptly, pleasantly and professionally upon arrival. I requested the 10,000 mile dealer plus service even though I'd initially made the appt for the basic 10,000 mile service and they che upon arrival. The waiting area was clean, pleasant and comfortable (it would have been nice to have their "cafe" available for a snack on a Saturday morning, but coffee was available, so that was appreciated). I've had my Toyoto Avalon for 11 years. I love my car and try to keep it in great working order. Strangers have told me what great shape it is in and that it looks like a new car. All employees were extremely courteous. Service was rapid, and I received good advice about what I should do, as well as what I should defer, in terms of care for my auto.
