I purchased my Toyota Matrix at Copland Toyota just over a year ago. I have brought the car back for scheduled service since then. Every single time I have an quick and painless experience. The last time I brought it in I mentioned a noise I was hearing in the front end. Apparently it was an undocumented recall. They did not have the parts but later that week they called to get me in for service ASAP. I was able to rent a car for no cost while they corrected the problem, the car was ready when they said it would be, and it cost me $5 (for gas in the rental). I will keep going back! More

The Service Rep. bent over backward, so to speak, to answer my questions and make me comfortable. The entrance/line up scheme for service works pefecctly. I was starting on a trip; and my hood latch broke. I went to Copeland Toyota on the chance they had the part. I don't know if they had it or had to get it; but it was fixed within an hour; so I was abl went to Copeland Toyota on the chance they had the part. My wife and I have owned 5 Toyotas over the years, my last Tacoma (98) had over 340k miles on it before I sold it! I have also convinced a number of my co-workers to buy Tacomas based on my success with mine. I had bought my previous Tacoma at North Attelboro Toyota, they were bought by Ernie Boch. I went to Boch South to look at purchasing my new Tacoma and the dealership did not have the same feel as it did back in 1998 and we had a similarliy bad experience there again in 2003 when we bought our Camry. So we tried Copeland! From day one I felt like I belonged there I was comfortable and the Sales people were friendly but not pushy and gave us the space we needed. I have ben going back for service and we intend to continue patronizing Copeland in the future! Keep up the good work! More
I have been very satisfied with the way my service needs have been taken care of. I find the prices somewhat high but not unreasonably so. Service was well done. Qulity work completed in exc time. The price was good I used coupons were used with qut problems.The wait was short and comforable.
