Services department is horrible, I had an appointment for a Monday at 7:45am I dropped off with AAA Tow on Saturday afternoon and Tuesday 12.15 pm they still hasn’t check the vehicle. He quoted me a work time of about 3 hours and, true to form, I received his call 5 minutes after quoted service time. My only disappointment was not being able to purchase Weathertech Floor Mats ( with "lip" extenders) for my 2012 Toyota Corolla model. As it was explained to me, those are not compatible with my vehicle. Finally, when I reviewed the completed paperwork prior to checkout, I noticed a sheet labelled Complimentary Auto Scan. I wondered why this was not offered to me. This might be a way of "upselling" to customers who are ready a "captive audience". More

Making an appointment for service was like pulling teeth. They made my appointment for the wrong day. Everyone on the phone was an xxxxxxx. Finally got to my appointment and im 25 minutes i to waiting for them to "research" the problem as i write this review. No one has a clue why im here or if its covered under warranty. Service advisor is giving me attitude because im giving him attitude cause this process is xxxx. I cant think of a simpler problem to have with a car and these xxxxbirds are giving me such a hard time about it. More

At 11;30 I went to the desk to inquire as to how much longer would have to wait . Was informed 30 to 0 minutes longer . This I believe was way to long and most inconvenient as I had other things I needed to do . I believe they way over booked appointments to make money at our expense. More

I tried to convince the guy that I called and booked an appointment by showing him their phone number on my call history 3 days earlier. The guy told me “ I believed that you called and scheduled an appointment” but he didn’t do anything to correct their mistake. I suggested If he can squeeze me in since I am there but he refused. I had to leave very disappointed of the service I had. You acknowledge that you screwed me up but you didn’t do anything to correct your error. I felt that my business is not appreciated. You just lost a client. I will never go back there and I will not recommend Copeland Toyota More

I get there and they bring me to counter they said sign papers and here’s ur keys . # 1. I haven’t seen truck I don’t no if Frame really was fixed and #2 we’re is my truck somewhere in the lot #3 does anyone want to look at rental truck I’m not turning it in without an inspection. This dealer on tv says treat people with respect and remember ur name totally false I bought truck there and due all services there the only person that says hi is the salesman mr mok he remembers who you are. Excessive Charges and the work hasnt even started As usual when I go to Copeland I'm disappointed and typically overcharged. Today I'm having trouble understanding why I have to pay $114 per item for As usual when I go to Copeland I'm disappointed and typically overcharged. Today I'm having trouble understanding why I have to pay $114 per item for diagnostics when I can take my vehicle elsewhere and have the same work done without a costly "diagnosis" done ahead of time. And if any diagnostics are required, they are usually free or the price is applied to the work. I was not told that when I complained about the diagnostic prices. 3 of the 4 service items I wanted corrected were superficial. That's $342 just to LOOK at a couple of loose screws or internal clips. With the 4th I'd still have to pay ANOTHER $114 even if nothing is found. Hey Copeland, just take my money why don't you? - clearly I have $450 or more to give you just cause you looked at my car! I don't think so. xxx is wrong with you people? This is unbelievable and outrageous! My regular mechanic doesn't do that. Neither do any of the other places I service my car. Neither did any of the other Toyota Dealerships I've used in the past, but maybe this diagnostics fee is new to me and at every dealership. I don't know but I'll call other Toyota dealerships and find out. But right now this simply confirms why I live in Brockton, but had to buy my Toyota from Wellesley Toyota, had the best dealership experiences in North Carolina, and why I go else where instead of using Copeland services. What a rip off and waste of time!!!! More
