Just wonderful! I went in with my guard up against the stereo typical car salesman. Boy was I wrong! He had me at Hello. Dennis was knowledgeable, no pressure, pat I went in with my guard up against the stereo typical car salesman. Boy was I wrong! He had me at Hello. Dennis was knowledgeable, no pressure, patient and even fun! We had a great experience and drove out the same day with my dream car. It was so effortless I thought it was a trick. But no tricks, just a dream. So much so that I wanted to do it again..oh yes, I will with my Mom who wants a new car. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were greeted with warm and friendly smiles and handshakes. Osman was our salesperson and he was simply wonderful. He gave us great advice on the purchase of our SUV and my son was thoroughly impressed with the additional advice that he gave him. Once we selected our vehicle and test drove it, we were on our way! Fred was great with giving us an incredible deal and Carlos was superb in the financing department. Overall, this was a great experience and I'm sure that my son will never forget his 25th birthday gift...a 2016 GMC Terrain from Coral Springs Buick GMC! However, until my last servicing with them the service department has been awful. We have had the car for 4 years now without any major problems with the car. My most recent service appointment was excellent so I am hopeful that this is now going to be the norm regarding the service department. More
