Came for service and endined up looking at vehicles. Service person was nice but the people who serviced my vehicle left the cover off my battery didnt clean it well and cracked the cover by placing it Service person was nice but the people who serviced my vehicle left the cover off my battery didnt clean it well and cracked the cover by placing it inbetween to close of the hood. $200 in service fees. Couldnt get my Bluetooth to reconnect, called and never got called back. My boyfriend fixed it . Then called back for inquiry on another vehicle i like. Spoke to some rude salesman that hung up on me then when i call back to speak with a manager i get a receptionist telling me they can manage my issue. Bad customer service More
To spend $1,000 and get the car back trashed and no car wash or anything is crazy. Left plastic and paper and trash inside of my car. Other dealerships take your car to get washed and vacuum it out. Also because you lost power at 11am and let your employees leave early even when power was back on and running since 2 pm I had to take an Uber home and pay even more money. Very disappointing. I waited 35 min in my car when I arrived for my service person as well. There were multiple people standing around and no one wants to help/ More

Service department is overbooked. My problems with Nissan Connect , Voice recognition, and motion activated liftgate were not resolved. Service staff and sales staff is not technically trained.
