YESTERDAY, at 9:07am, I received a call, from 9547531700, from service director Anthony Monserrate. He was calling to and I'll quote him here "confront you about what you wrote." He proceeded to call me a lair. I will not stand for such treatment, nor as a costumer or as a person. Not only has he tried to take advantage of me and my car. But now he has proceeded to attack my freedom of speech. This is as well the second time that Anthony Monserrate has tried to condemn my integrity by calling me a lair. More
Nissan Armada 2015 robber I Left my Nissan Armada 2015 at the Coral springs dealer to have the AC fix and after 10 days when I picked up the car from the dealer the check engin I Left my Nissan Armada 2015 at the Coral springs dealer to have the AC fix and after 10 days when I picked up the car from the dealer the check engine light was on (it did not go in with this light on nor had it ever been on) but that day I was very busy and I decide to come back another day to fix it. I assumed it was just a computer thing because they had been trying to fix the AC for the last 10 days. A few days later I had the time to leave the car at the Pompano Nissan dealer. I decide to change the dealer because the previous experience at the Coral Springs wasn't to good because they didn't fix the AC in my car Oh surprise!, I received a call from the service adviser from Pompano Nissan , saying the reason the check engine light is on is because there is an engine part missing. Immediately I went to the dealer to pick up the car and drove back to the Coral Springs Nissan Dealer to have them to response for this situation. I spoke with the service director Anthony Monserrat and he said there is nothing he can do about it. The piece that they change doesn't have nothing to do with the piece the car is missing. Actually he said that I took the part of the car. Which I find to be completely disrespectful and an unacceptable judgement. One of the reasons I bought a new cars is because I didn't want to deal with mechanics. I do not have any idea about cars which unfortunately forces me to use them. Coral Spring Nissan is robbing me. I brought my car which had never had a check engine light on, and drove out with a greater issue. So my car did not have this issue before and I did not have anything to with it turning on, Coral Spring Nissan took a part of my car when they were working to fix the AC on my Nissan Armada. This dealer is providing the worse service in the work. I'm following a complaint with a Nissan USA this morning. We see what they are going to say about it. Thanks More

They say that something is not right, second visit.... no problem with the gearbox. Third issue, steering wheel lock (known issue worldwide) fixing in process. But wait, they found after 3 visits that customizations made by previous owner are causing problems. More

The damage was minute mainly due to the inexperience of a new employee. Nonetheless, I contacted the general manager Mr. Watowski. He addressed my concerns expeditiously. He took possession of the vehicle and repaired the damage. He personally oversaw every detail and aspect of the repair process. Additionally, he kept us updated daily. Initially, my response was to never return to this dealership because of the negligence of this employee, however, my experience with Mr. Watowski was stellar. He was able to diminish my apprehension and rebound my doubts by successfully restoring my faith in the competence of this dealership's staff. We are a family of Nissan ownerships(3 vehicles Altima, Versa & Titan) & I will definitely return to Coral Springs Nissan. Mr. Watowski displayed excellent customer service & constant reassurance of his staff's capability to correct the mishap. He asked for the redemption & it was well worth it , Congratulations Mr. Watowski for a job well done! More

UNEXPECTED TURN OF EVENTS I am a long term customer of Coral Spring Nissan, so when it was time to finally buy my dream car, I knew who to call. I called later in the afternoo I am a long term customer of Coral Spring Nissan, so when it was time to finally buy my dream car, I knew who to call. I called later in the afternoon, made the deal by phone and we picked up my new SUV that evening. Weeks later we found some electrical wiring issues. The third time into the service department, Ski, the general manager, made us an amazing deal to go from leasing to purchasing a brand new vehicle with only a small difference in what we where already paying. WOW! That blew our minds. They also drove to Clearwater to pickup the exact one we wanted.! They treated us like royalty the whole time. I am a very satisfied customer that has a smile on her face every time she sees that vehicle. Ski and Shannon could not have done a better job if they tried. Customer service to the highest degree ---professional, warm and kind. I feel like I made new long term friends and found a caring support for service needs and repeat purchases. Way to go TEAM. Thank you Ski111 More
Car Purchase and Service I purchased my vehicle here about a month and a half ago. I received exceptional assistance along with extreme patience with the amount of time needed I purchased my vehicle here about a month and a half ago. I received exceptional assistance along with extreme patience with the amount of time needed to select my perfect car. My particular car buying situation was not an easy one, but was blessed by walking into Coral Springs Nissan. I am now very happy with my new car, and was confident in making this decision as all my questions were answered prior to completing the deal. Going back in for service was just as pleasant as buying the car. I had a nail stuck in my tire one day, drove in early one morning not having an appointment and was able to get service in a timely manner. More
HORRIBLE!! STAY FAR AWAY! HORRIBLE!! They act as if they are great when you are buying.. BUT.. They damaged my vehicle in THEIR CAR WASH MACHINE for my first service, for just HORRIBLE!! They act as if they are great when you are buying.. BUT.. They damaged my vehicle in THEIR CAR WASH MACHINE for my first service, for just a simple oil change. They offered to fix it, and my car came back from their body shop even WORSE. They painted the rear spoiler a different color, and put buff swirl marks in the whole clear coat of the bumper. They admitted they dropped the ball over and over again, which is sad as a Nissan dealer. The General Manager, Frank Wataski is a joke too.. He tried to make it seem as everything was being taken care of, when he just lied and jerked me around the whole time. 1 week of xxxx they put me through for just an oil change. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO CORAL SPRINGS NISSAN!!! By the way, this is the "New Management".. I have been spreading the word to every person I know and everyone is agreeing to NEVER GO TO CORAL SPRINGS NISSAN. More
FIRST POINT, please notice that all positive reviews are exactly two lines. They are obvisouly written by the dealer to counter the very long, detailed and articulate negitive reviews. This should only ad exactly two lines. They are obvisouly written by the dealer to counter the very long, detailed and articulate negitive reviews. This should only add to your distrust and firm your convictions if you are using this ranking as part of your desision making process regarding using Coral Springs Nissan in any capacity. They are just trying to move the neg. reviews off the front page, and pile fake positives to get the ranking back up. These people really are low. Brought my '99 maxima in for an overheating problem. I discussed possible options with my service rep. and agreed to drop the car off at the early drop box location. I filled out the form with my key and checked the box "DO NOT DO ANY WORK IF TOTAL IS OVER XYZ amount".. I got a call later that day stating my new radiator was installed and I can pick it up.. they never called me to ask if that was OK, if I could afford it, nothing. When I asked why they didnt call me as I indicated on the key drop form they said, "they never look at that anyway".. so I had to pay for work which I didnt approve and would not have approved. I got my car back and it still over heated... I went to the autozone, bought a thermostat and replaced it.. Problem fixed. NEVER NEVER NEVER go to this dealer for anything. I bought my 99 Maxima from them, new and the finance manager played games with my interest rate and pretended it was a mistake, then insisted that since the paperwork was already done the banks would not approve a change and I might loose my rebate if I waited to rewrite it. Ladies and Gentlemen, There are other dealers out there who may be more upfront and honest about dealing with you, these people are flat out dishonest. More? Ok, i brought my wife’s frontier in for a check up since they sent me a "Free 100 point check up" coupon. The rep. pretended not to know what this was even thought I showed it to him. He insisted I tell him what problems I might be having so i listed a few items. Only the items I listed were addressed and each of them required a huge investment to repair. Valve cover gaskets was one of them, which I fixed by simply taking a screwdriver and tightening the screws back to torque specs. The brakes, which I listed as soft, came back with Booster Fail, and master cyl. fail.. written on the paper work which I read when I got home were the words "CAR NOT SAFE TO DRIVE".. not a mention of this from the service rep. He just handed me the print out and gestured that I find someone one to get my truck back.. I'm not beating up on these people, I'm stating facts. I dont know why they have no interest in providing good service but I surely would not give them my truck to work on after they completely ignore you when you stand in front of them, talking on their cell phones, interrupting you to say "See ya" to someone walking by. Just horrible.. Oh, that radiator that they replaced with out permission, it just ruptured tonight, less than 2 years old. Im guessing they are writting themselves glowing reviews to get these high star marks. More
