After having no luck finding one where I currently live (Vermont), I reached out to Brian Doherty of Cornerstone Mitsubishi (Wilmington,MA) on a whim, after seeing they had a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with only 5,600 miles. Brian reached out to me immediately after I inquired and listened to what I was looking for. Brian and his team went extra lengths to ensure an easy trade in process with my old car. Once arriving at Cornerstone Mitsubishi, the process was effortless. I was immediately greeted by Brian, the owner and quickly moved on to financing and was on the road before I knew it. I can’t thank Brian Doherty and his team at Cornerstone Mitsubishi in Wilmington, MA enough for helping me find my dream car. I'll also say this, I started looking at a Mitsuibshi's 1st at another local dealership. They wanted to push to get a deal done 1/2 hour after I walked into the store. Best Auto buying experience ever! We shopped around with other dealerships to locate the exact model/options and price for the Outlander that we wanted. Sales consultant Brian Doherty We shopped around with other dealerships to locate the exact model/options and price for the Outlander that we wanted. Sales consultant Brian Doherty was extremely helpful when we called him from Maine. His knowledge and experience allowed the deal to flow very smoothly with a minimum of effort. I was surprised at he ease of the transaction, considering that the dealership is in Massachusetts, we live in Maine and my bank is in Florida. The selling price was better then the other dealers, they had exactly want we wanted on the lot and upon arrival everything was as promised. We were even able to work out the particulars of our trade in over the phone. So far we are very happy with the vehicle itself (Outlander GT). Thanks to Brian the entire buying process was much less painful than the root canal that I was scheduled for on my way home from the dealer. He was amazing to work with all day over the phone and then eventually in person! He was nothing but pleasant, understanding, straight-forward, and determined to work with me! When he quoted me a deal on an Outlander that would work with my budget, I headed over to the dealership. On my way there, I ran out of gas about a mile away from the dealership! I shot him a text because it was nearing closing time on a Saturday to let him know that I would be a bit late. He quickly called me back and told me to stay put and he would be right there with some gas for me! Who does that?! So amazing!! When we got back to the dealership, we sat down to iron out the details of the deal. Due to some changes my husband wanted to make, we ended up with a better vehicle than quoted - 2017 AWD Outlander - for just a little bit more...they really worked hard to work with our budget, but still meet our needs! No other dealership even comes close to these guys! This entire process was literally painless - which is a far cry from anywhere else we have been! The owner stayed after hours to personally finish our paperwork and get everything set up for us. I cannot say enough kind words about this place. There is a lot to be said for making a deal with people who you are 100% confident that they have your best interest in mind. It just feels so much better! I'm looking forward to sending my friends their way, and to making more deals with Cornerstone in the future! More

Walked in for an oil change, walked out with a new Outlander I went into Cornerstone last Friday afternoon to get an oil change on my leased Outlander sport and while I was there, I check out the 2016 Outlanders I went into Cornerstone last Friday afternoon to get an oil change on my leased Outlander sport and while I was there, I check out the 2016 Outlanders because I knew my lease was up in a few months and I really wanted a bigger SUV. I instantly was helped by Adam, who answered all my questions about the Outlander. I told him how I LOVED my sport but needed more space due to having a child & told him my price range. We talked about my "must haves" which had changed a lot since having my baby lol, and he went and got one that he thought would fit my needs/price. I test drove it, fell in love and literally went back th next day and picked it up. The service there is fantastic!!! It was 2.5 years ago and it still is. I can't imagine going anywhere else to buy/lease a car. They go out of their way to make the entire process as pain less as possible. More

They aren't pushy or rude like a lot of car dealerships. I went to Toyota of Woburn and the dealership was completely rude told me that I would need a cosigner and had to put $6,000 down. I went to Mitsubishi got approved and only put $300 down. They are extremely nice people and will work with you with anything if you have bad credit or good credit. I couldn't say enough good things about them. Happy beyond belief. Thank you Cornerstone. I highly recommend them!!! More
