Good first experience I was at this dealership for six hours one Saturday, trying to work out something for my first ever brand new car. Everyone was really patient with me, most of all Justin Albers Mildtead, and they never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. I knew that they just wanted me to be happy with my big purchase! New Jeep Purchase My wife and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler at this location on what we thought was 8/31/18. It actually took a week to actually take delivery. To be fair My wife and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler at this location on what we thought was 8/31/18. It actually took a week to actually take delivery. To be fair this was a dealer swap purchase with a dealer in St Louis but it should not have taken a week. The part that upsets me the most is to make us feel better about the 7 day delay after we had completed all paperwork we were promised an additional sum of cash equal to one month payment of the two vehicles we traded on this vehicle by the acting sales manager. We gave this gentleman 3 months and 6 texts to deliver on his promise but to no avail. Every text was the same. I would get a call after texting or a reply to my text promising that the check was in the mail which it wasn’t. This is a copy of the 11/14 text from the sales manager:(Just letting you know check was mailed this morning you should have by weekend.) I kept all text correspondence. In closing the salesman we had was knowledgeable and professional and definitely caught in the middle. Suffice it to say this was the most unpleasant vehicle purchase I have ever made because of this dishonest sales manager. Go somewhere else even if it costs a little extra. More
