When my husband called Corwin to schedule an appointment, he asked if there was a loaner car option, and the scheduled said no. However, this would have been an ideal time for the scheduler to let him know t he asked if there was a loaner car option, and the scheduled said no. However, this would have been an ideal time for the scheduler to let him know there is a shuttle service! Thank you so much for that service. Our driver was personable and professional! As for the vehicle service, the recall was fixed and we were given a list of vehicle service needs totaling $1600ish. A new cabin filter was noted as “red” meaning urgent service needed. Are the recommendations based solely on mileage or actual assessment of the items? Of all the service items listed, the one thing my husband had changed prior to this appointment was the cabin filter so is it already bad and needs changed or is this just a suggestion based on mileage. Things like this cause me (the wife) to lose trust in your company. It would be helpful to know if it is merely a reasonable recommendation based on milage or actual assessment. The interior of the dealership is very nice, clean, and had a comfortable waiting area. Thank you! More
