Looking to buy a new truck We decided to buy a new truck, so Gary has been looking for a couple weeks. He went to Don Vance and to Corwin Dodge. Don Vance was going to give him a pretty good deal, so we took the window sticker paper they gave him and went back to Corwin because he found a truck there that he liked. While we were there we found another one that we both liked, this same truck was also at Don Vance and they had given him a window sticker on that truck too. Corwin was considerably more money for the same truck with less options. We decided that Gary would go back to Corwin and if they would give it to him for the same price as Don Vance and add the spray in bed liner we would buy it. Wow!! Corwin is a horrible place to buy a vehicle! He was there for ever and they treated him like crap, so he told them he wanted to take the estimates home so I could look at them and they said ok and he got up to leave. He took two steps out of the door and realized that they still had his truck keys, so he turned around to go back in and as he walked throught the door the sales manager was saying to the other guys "I am not giving him a xxxxxx spray in bed liner!" then Gary said "Really, you can't even wait til I get to my truck before you start putting the mouth on me?" Then Gary took his keys and walked out and got in the truck and the saleman came walking out shaking his head. Gary rolled down the window and said "Man, that wasn't right" and the salesman said "We were giving you the truck for free and Gary had done nothing but wasted their time". Keep in mind that this was a $48140.00 truck that after discounts and rebates was $35540.00. DO NOT GO TO CORWIN DODGE RAM FIAT OF SPRINGFIELD to buy a vehicle!! More

Friendly and Helpful We dropped by on Friday to test drive Dodge Chargers to see if our growing kids would fit into the back. Through the entire process, Tim Smith was very genuine and helpful. He answered all of our questions and took the time to ensure that we understood everything. Before we left with the vehicle he introduced us to their maintenance supervisor, and talked us through the basic maintenance needs of the Durango, which are different from other vehicles we have owned (synthetic oil changed every 6K, instead of 3K, for example). Tim then walked us through some of the features of the vehicle which would have taken us a while to figure out on our own since vehicles come with a DVD instead of a full owners manual these days!!!
