Poor service for oil change I went to the dealership service center for a oil change asked how long would it take/ I was given an estimate of 45 minutes. Well I was there for an I went to the dealership service center for a oil change asked how long would it take/ I was given an estimate of 45 minutes. Well I was there for an hour than told they couldn't get to my car today? I was furious because I almost missed a few obligations due to waiting there and no one told me they couldn't get to my car at least 30 minutes earlier. I dont feel comfortable going there they have racist FOX news on television and are not very friendly to say the least. Now I will say race could be due to the disrespect I received. The manager tried to comfort me when I called but didn't seem to concerned. I have to go there because my service warranty is with them. But from here on out I am not comfortable there at all! More
