Great Salesman, not so great Sales Manager We stopped into Corwin to LOOK at trucks with no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. Through the whole process we had our 3 month old grandson We stopped into Corwin to LOOK at trucks with no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. Through the whole process we had our 3 month old grandson (who only wanted Grandma) and his parents with us. Justin was very helpful and not pushy at all. My husband gave him very specific details of what he wanted in a truck. After test driving the crew cab and realizing two 6 ft plus adults could not comfortably set in the back. Justin showed us a few Mega Cabs, including a 2016 used Mega Cab. The 2016 had all the features my husband wanted in a truck and then some. However, when we returned after test driving the truck the Sales Manager was waiting with Justin. I did not get his name; however, he was very pushy, arrogant, and they almost lost the sale due to his tactics. If it wasn’t for the fact my husband fell in love with THIS truck, they would have lost the sale. The length of time the whole process too was great! We purchased a KIA in 2012 which took us all day just to do paperwork. We were at Corwin for less than 4 hours including test driving 2 trucks. More

After not finding a successful buy in Branson, we went to Corwin in Springfield. Mike Barnes was our salesman, and we were so pleased with him. He showed us several trucks, and even though we needed one with the package to control our trailer brakes, we did have a selection. Mike handled the negotiations with us in a very nice manner, and we did not feel pressured. We wanted side steps installed, and decided to get the GPS program installed too. Mike worked out a very nice deal for us, including the full price of the deal since we were going to have to wait for our insurance to get the other driver's insurance to agree to the settlement. Kevin Ross, the business manager, got all of the financing ready for us. Meanwhile Mike moved all of the stuff in the back of our rental car from our old truck to the new one, and had us drive the new truck back to our camper for the night. We drove back up the next morning and Mike had the rental car dried and clean for us to turn in. And the Corwin service staff took the truck right in to install the steps, GPS, etc.. Then Munroe and Mike helped us get the electronics programs going and useable. In all, Mike Barnes is a great salesman to work with and we really appreciate all of his effort and concern. He didn't even seem like a salesman. I could tell his personality was genuine, unlike most salesmen.
