Ty called ahead and Kent Holloway met us and, as he was working with someone already, introduced us to Bill Strong. Bill was awesome. Friendly, knowledgable and asked the right questions to determine what we wanted, needed and could afford. After we were approved and were waiting for the final signing, Bill took us around to meet anyone we would deal with in the future such as the service and parts departments. All in all, an excellent experience. Never felt pressured and ended up with a better vehicle thanI was imagining I would get. New Member of the Corwin Dodge family I had already don't research on the Dodge Challenger I was interested in prior to hitting the lot so I knew the basics of the car but my salesman soli I had already don't research on the Dodge Challenger I was interested in prior to hitting the lot so I knew the basics of the car but my salesman solidified my interest in owning a car from Corwin Dodge. Kyle Scholten, a fellow transplant from Iowa, treated my father and I like friends and was not the typical "pushy salesman" that we were prepared to deal with. With prior interactions at other dealerships, salesman would bypass me (as a woman) and directly speak to my father. Corwin Dodge's staff was the opposite! All of our questions were answered honestly and without making us feel pressured to rush into a decision. The entire process of trading in my car and buying the Challenger was made much more relaxing and less stressful by Kyle's easy going attitude as well as the friendly attitude of the rest of the Corwin staff. I cannot remember all of their names but each person was friendly and interested in making sure I understood every step. More
