I'm real pleased with my service writer however the additional fee for using a credit card is completely uncalled for given the considerable markup on parts and high labor rates. Front desk greeting was awesome and absolutely set the tone. The almost new facility was very comfortable to be in and clean. There was absolutely no sales pressure - we didn't get attacked by 'vultures' as soon as as we got out of our car on the lot like at many other dealerships. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and again not pushy. I'm 60+ years old, and I have shopped many dealerships and bought many cars over the years. Tony was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people who I have ever worked with. On the few occasions he didn't have the answer, he went and found out what the right answer was. He never tried to xx me. I sincerely appreciate that. I would gladly purchase a car from Tony and the dealership again, and we recommend them highly. Our only complaint is nobody could find more than one key/remote for the vehicle we purchased. This happened once previously at sister dealership, Corwin Ford Springfield location. Hopefully this kind of issue will get resolved. More
