First and foremost I went here to have my vehicle worked on because I purchased it there and it seemed like the best place to take it to because it specialized in dodge vehicles. It was an experience I won’ on because I purchased it there and it seemed like the best place to take it to because it specialized in dodge vehicles. It was an experience I won’t be forgetting and will not be reliving. Their ability to communicate and call you with updates is possibly the worst I have experienced in any type of customer service. What should have taken a week, maybe 2 tops to complete took close to 6 weeks. Once they actually started working on it, it took 3 days to complete. It took 5 weeks to get to that point. Calling for updates and being told “I’m not sure but I will call back in 20 to let you know” became an extremely frustrating process. And then I wouldn’t get called back. I was told I would get updates on it and I expected that they would call me with updates. I didn’t realize that it meant I would need to call to ask for updates if I wanted them. More
