This place is a joke! They are very rude and they lie a lot! I took in my car to get the transmission looked at to discover a coolant line leak. They said they would conta They are very rude and they lie a lot! I took in my car to get the transmission looked at to discover a coolant line leak. They said they would contact the warranty company and call me back on Monday. A month went by and they still hadn’t called. I called back and they claimed they had my number wrong, even though they had two numbers to call. We set up a time to get the repairs done. The battery died and we had it towed over in the morning so we would not miss the appointment. The tow truck left my house (15 minutes away) at 8:30 a.m. then they called to inform me that I needed a new battery, which I agreed to. Then they tell me they can’t fix the coolant line today. They claimed the tow truck didn’t get there until 12:00??It doesn’t seem plausible that they drive around with my car for 4 hours! If I had known that they weren’t going to fix the coolant line, I would have cancelled my appointment and had my husband change the battery!! They charged me $520 dollars for a battery! I expressed my disappointment to the manger and his rude solution was to take the battery out of the car and push it into the lot. I cannot express how rude these people are and how much they lie! We paid for the battery and left. Now I have to make another appointment to get the coolant lines fixed somewhere else. We will never come back here for service or a vehicle. Go somewhere else! More

Service was great. I was greeted immediately escorted to the waiting area. Waiting area is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Very accommodating and spacious. I do wish I was given an approximation of the time that I would be there. But other than that, I have no notes. More
