Mr. Humphrey was very accommodating and respected the fact I did not want to sit in a dealership for HOURS! It was not very clear where you were supposed to go on the service side of things, but when I finally spoke to an employee they were very nice and got me to the right place. My oil change took about 2 hou the service side of things, but when I finally spoke to an employee they were very nice and got me to the right place. My oil change took about 2 hours, which I was not expecting. My service advisor was polite and seemed knowledgeable, but when we walked back to my car he encouraged me to come back and trade in my old car for something better. I’m sure he didn’t mean to be rude, but I felt it was an odd choice to insult my car while also hoping I spent thousands of dollars there to fix it. The car handle was dirty upon entering the vehicle, which also solidified my decision to get any more work done elsewhere. It may seem small, but if they missed that on an oil change, what would they miss on a bigger issue? More
