John has been helping my family and I since relocation for the Army from AR to MO. We purchased a Ram 1500 from Corwin and had purchased a Wagoneer S from a different dealership a few months prior. With t for the Army from AR to MO. We purchased a Ram 1500 from Corwin and had purchased a Wagoneer S from a different dealership a few months prior. With the Wagoneer S being electric and never having a EV before John has been extremely helpful with bridging the gap and making the overall experience fun for the whole family. The Ram 1500 had a minor ding upon purchase along with the glovebox being misaligned (about 1/4 or larger gap) upon being closed. Part ordered, awaiting for it to come in but in the meantime John keeps me up to date. I will be working with John my entire time in MO. Corwin has top notch customer service from my 23yrs of buying / leasing new vehicles. More

Diagnostic fees are the highest I've ever seen owning Jeep. I told the tech I needed the lumbar seat deflated cause the sensor was out and you charged me 189 to do nothing but try and upcharge me 1200 fo Jeep.
