It happens, but as a customer you are placed in a position to rely on the servic Unfortunately, my vehicle suffered major catastrophic engine damage. It happens, but as a customer you are placed in a position to rely on the service department to guide you through the process. There were many options researched and considerations made, and the engine was replaced, and the work was performed correctly. I was very pleased after all was said and done. I was concerned I would not be able to salvage the vehicle in a cost effective manner, but thanks to Aaron and his leadership that car is back on the road! More
