I know I received the notification, but for whatever reason, I cannot seem to find the email so I could rate my experience with Corwin Service Department. My service was excellent and I was treated kindly and efficiently. Sean took care of me from the initial call all the way through until my 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn was ready for me to drive home. We communicated via texting and by phone. He arranged for my rental with Enterprise where they also put me into a like vehicle for my comfort. My experience was great and I hope this will get back to Sean at Corwin Dodge RAM Chrysler Jeep Service Department. Five gold stars for you!! Corwin has ALWAYS treated me like a VIP!! Poor Techs Worst experience with a dealership ever. No troubleshooting done at all. Just threw on the most expensive parts. 1200.00 dollars and it did not fix an Worst experience with a dealership ever. No troubleshooting done at all. Just threw on the most expensive parts. 1200.00 dollars and it did not fix anything. Then refused to admit there was still a problem. It nearly killed me and my grandsons as my truck went out of control and went off the road. Purchased parts from parts store and I fixed it myself in about an hour. More

don't go here don't buy a vehicle here!! and if you don don't take it to their service dept. i don't know if they are just lazy or don't have any mechanics that ar don't buy a vehicle here!! and if you don don't take it to their service dept. i don't know if they are just lazy or don't have any mechanics that are trained to work on what they sell here. i took my new pickup to have some things fixed that had stop working in the truck. i made an appointment. after 1 1/2 hours they came and got me and told me that the mechanic said you don't have that feature on your truck. so after getting very upset because i had been waiting for that long. i showed them that the truck indeed had that feature on it. they took it back and after another hour told me i would have to come back so they could fix it. i told them i would never come back. i took it to a real dodge dealer and was in and out w in a hour!!! More
