I was contacted by Corwin Ford to buy my car. Jason came to look at my car and appraise it for them to purchase. Sugar would not have melted in his mouth. The windshield was dirty and I pointed this out. He ran the windshield wipers without squirting washer fluid, which scratched the windshield. He promised I would receive a call within a few hours, more than once. No call. I contacted the dealership the next day. The person I talked to was surprised that no one had called. Shortly after, I received a call from Jason with an insulting price. I expressed my concern about my windshield. His response was very condescending, but he promised he would contact me, after his work, and personally make it right. I have not received a call, still. If a person does not have integrity, he has nothing. I could not recommend a business that hires this kind of person!!! I will remember this every time I get behind the wheel and look through the windshield. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! More
The finance department is dishonest, unethical and lacks the ability to process paperwork properly. They have made this experience stressful and time consuming. We had to restructure our original sales contract because despite declining a warranty and service agreement, Chad snuck it in. He was supposed to send the updated paperwork to ICCU, but failed to do his job and submitted the original sales contract. Now we're dealing with this yet again. In addition, my email was inputted incorrectly for the Ikon Connect that Corwin installs on all of their vehicles, adding $400 to the sales price. Apparently nobody within their organization has the ability to make the necessary correction. 100% frustration and disappointment with Corwin. So sorry we decided to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. If Chad is your finance guy, I suggest requesting someone else. Better yet, I wholeheartedly suggest a different dealership. More
