With many Ford Dealerships in the surrounding area, this one should be your absolute LAST, especially if you're an out-of-state buyer. I would expect more from a branded dealer, but this one leaves muc one should be your absolute LAST, especially if you're an out-of-state buyer. I would expect more from a branded dealer, but this one leaves much to desired. The communication is terrible and transparency is even worse. Constantly hounding the salesman and escalating to get responses. When we received the documents, naturally the had "dealer extras" that weren't mentioned beforehand. If purchasing CPO, don't expect integrity in the certification or repair process. Filed formal complaint w/ Corporate. More

Absolutely ridiculous place to get your truck worked on. I brought the truck in already knowing what the problem was just wanted to go thru warranty and this shop completely ignored what I said and now my f I brought the truck in already knowing what the problem was just wanted to go thru warranty and this shop completely ignored what I said and now my front differential is cracked and pouring fluid out and now I am going to have to pay a whole other $200 deposit on it.
