I dont feel like my car was really diagnosed. I brought it in for a specific issue and then was offered solutions to completely unrelated issues and then charged a ton of money for it. Sold me a truck that they said had been safety checked and gone over and serviced. I just took in into shop, I only drive it twice and I just had to put $1800 into fixing it. and gone over and serviced. I just took in into shop, I only drive it twice and I just had to put $1800 into fixing it. More
Corwin Ford was very organized and professional dealership. The staff was very friendly, from the greeting at the front door all the way through the sale of the vehicle. dealership. The staff was very friendly, from the greeting at the front door all the way through the sale of the vehicle. More
Today Feburary 14th I visited Corwin Ford in Nampa. I was their with my son who was looking at selling his car and possibly buying another. I came seperatly in my own rig, after entering the facility I let him do his business and i walk over to the coffee bar and pateiently waited till the gentlman was done so I could poor me sone coffee. He finished getting his cup and said excuse me sir a salesman about 215. He waa the only employee that made any contact with for the hour and fifteen minutes i was there. Mind you I walked around the show room looked at the Bronco on didplay the stuffed elk watched the water Flow in the creek. Not 1 person person said anything. I went sat down in the waiting area 15 minutes the parts deptpartment clerk and the accessories guys looked board. The part person was playing on his phone while the other guy opened a bag of chetoes and drank a soda Im 10 feet awsy in their line of sight and they didnt even look my direction to say 1 word like hi. I got up went outside walked around went next door walked to peterson toyota sales lot and before i could walk past the 1st row a salesman greeted me and asked if he could help me with anything. We talked and a bit i walked backed to corwin ford. Made and entire loop of the sales parking lot glancing at cars trying door handles to see if they were unlocked so i could see inside walked around some of the other cars cause i was interested in seeing them clise up. Went back inside walked around some it been about an hour now still no one care to see if i need anything want any help not even a hi can i help you or how your doing. At conclusion of my experience tbey were busy but at the same time there was sales man and managers and other accosiats not busy that past by me without a care in the world to make any sort of contact to so they could socialize with other coworkers and laugh or go stand outside and wait for a customer. I finally talked to a sales manager told them my experience and how i was treated during my time there. He was alarmed but didnt see how can i help you or to ask how he could make my expirence better but instead offered me to a salesman to see if they could meet my needs for a sale. It was humiliating and unprofessional and very disapointing that someone could go unoticed for as long as i did and still get the door opened by soneone as i was leaving and for them to not even say have a nice day. This dealership has gone to xxxx for customer sevice. There was a time in our society that a friendly hand shake a gester of speech and some humanity that people exist rather they were a customer or not. I thought i would give this place a chance for future busness but after today xxxx on them their worth my time or business. I plan on qriting more reviews and discouraging anybody to do busy with these guys at Coriwn Ford in nampa. I sure miss dan wiebold ford of Nampa. At least they should what a local dealership was about. Friendly service, helpful staff and environment that wasnt staged with false promises. More
The windshield warranty we were sold doesn’t actually work the way the salesman said. My dad knew the owner of Dan wielbold ford and has asked to meet the owner of Corwin many times to no avail. The deal work the way the salesman said. My dad knew the owner of Dan wielbold ford and has asked to meet the owner of Corwin many times to no avail. The dealership itself is great but the corporate mindset that has been implemented is very different than what our family prefers. More
