The process was long and frustrating but Mike was always there to help and answer questions. I definitely saw that he worked very hard to advocate for us. Didn’t provide adequate service. Initially went in for an oil change and tire rotation which cost $80, After talking with the service rep about things I would just like looked over Initially went in for an oil change and tire rotation which cost $80, After talking with the service rep about things I would just like looked over as well (not worked on) they went ahead and did a full diagnostic test on a few things even though I didn’t approve it. I was then charged over $600 for the services. The service rep had me sign an estimate (not the price of how much it will cost for sure, just an estimate of what it could cost if we did x,y, and z. After back and forth with the service rep on the price of everything, they said they would only charge me half ($300) for a $100 service. I would not recommend. More

I had a really disappointing experience at this service center. I brought my vehicle in for a tailgate warranty issue and was told they wouldn’t honor the warranty unless I paid for their “preferred servic center. I brought my vehicle in for a tailgate warranty issue and was told they wouldn’t honor the warranty unless I paid for their “preferred service package.” That didn’t sit right with me at all. As a younger customer, it felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously and was being pushed into unnecessary services just to get something covered that should have been handled under warranty. Transparency and honesty go a long way, and I didn’t feel that here. I would recommend others ask a lot of questions and be cautious before agreeing to anything. Mike Lundbom was the service representative that made these claims. More

Service was pretty fast and friendly. Did the job right and on time. Price was decent for what it is. The only reason I dock a star is because they didn’t tell me there was a shuttle to take me anywhere so I sat for a few hours before someone contacted me. I would have liked to have seen some loaner cars available. Everything has been quite good so far with my Corwin experience except for the finance part. Conner is absolutely terrible. But Jace here in service was great and I was very pleased. More
