I told him the issue I had with an engine noise that sounded like air escaping somewhere. He said it was standard sound of the ford Explorer. I've never been more frustrated in my life and when I scheduled to get it fixed with him, I didn't get any sense that even cared what happened. Maybe he's too proud to admit fault or maybe he just doesn't care. Either way, I'm about done with you guys. More

The oil appears to have been overfilled and the technician appears to have disconnected one end of the intercooler blowoff pipe to make extra space to remove the oil filter. However, they didn’t reconnect it and left it to dangle which has now led to it rubbing on the belts; completely destroying the pipe and surely damaging the belts. More
