Financing was cool. I like the car that I got. On the other hand, they did not detail the car like they said they would. They didn’t even vacuum it or wash it. They said I like the car that I got. I like my car I like the price I got it for. I do not like how they just handed me the car dirty. More

Transmission oil change seemed to go OK. I was grateful I was able to get that in early morning Saturday and get it done within a two hour turnaround time. The employees are professional and friendly. . When I have to leave my car to get work done it is a huge inconvenience without loaner cars. It can take 3 to 4 hours to get home in their shuttle. . My car has had quite a-few recalls. They will not work on the car without leaving the car overnight even though it often takes less than an hour. As a widow with mobility issues, I have trouble getting my own transportation. I live in an area where I cannot utilize ubers, taxis, etc. Surely a dealer as big as Corwin can provide better customer service. More
