The process was long and frustrating but Mike was always there to help and answer questions. I definitely saw that he worked very hard to advocate for us. Our service rep was Suzi she is an asset to the Corwin dealership. She listened asked follow up questions. Formulated a plan to resolve the issue. Problem resolved.
