I was looking for an SUV (4 big dogs!) and stopped into Corwin Ford (Public Wholesale) to take a look around after seeing some vehicles on their website. I met Matt Thorson shortly after arriving and told Corwin Ford (Public Wholesale) to take a look around after seeing some vehicles on their website. I met Matt Thorson shortly after arriving and told him what I was looking for. He found everything I would be interested in and went above and beyond to help me. The best part of my experience here with Matt was the zero pressure and full honesty. This wasn’t my first car buying rodeo so I was very pleasantly surprised at how awesome this purchasing experience was. He told me the truth about the vehicles, didn’t nickel and dime me, and he was fun and refreshing to be around and work with. The other staff members were fun and professional as well and Matt helped me get into a very nice Subaru that I’m already loving, and I didn’t think I would ever be a “Subaru person”. The biggest shoutout to these guys! More
I am giving this place a 2 star because the sales crew was pretty decent. John sold me my 2020 F-350 DWR. The sales manager was pretty cool too. HOWEVER...... I called and told them it needed a new pan. I even tried to order the pan so it would be there in 8 days when they could get me into the shop. 13 days after making an appointment, I got my truck back. Then at 25,000 miles It is in for major repairs of a yet to be known nature in Little Rock Arkansas. I called my "dealership" asking for a rental car as I like 16 miles from any town. They refused to help me. I was directed to the Little Rock dealership for a rental. Sadly Little Rock is covered in an ice storm, has been for a week. If you are requiring any satisfactory service from a dealership, DO NOT GO TO CORWIN! Also if you are thinking of a Super Duty Ford, maybe consider a Ram or Chevy. Of the 4 months I owned this truck, 1 month solid of it has been in the shop. With no signs of relief coming anytime soon. Yet my almost $1,200 payment still needs to be made. Without this truck, I can not work. Side note: the drive tires only lasted 23,000 miles before needing to be replaced at 2/32 tread. More

Bought a used truck and within a couple miles of driving it off the lot the check engine light comes on. Really?!? Moments after making the purchase this all of sudden appears? I'm thinking someone just it off the lot the check engine light comes on. Really?!? Moments after making the purchase this all of sudden appears? I'm thinking someone just cleared the code and called it fixed before they sold it to us. Thankfully we purchased a warranty. We contacted them and got it in to get fixed. A few days later they say it's fixed. A little over 2 days after picking it up the light is back on with the same code. Take it in again and they have it for about 2 weeks. And wont provide a loaner. Turns out it's about a 4k fix and the warranty covers it with a $300 deductible that Corwin won't help with. "That's why you got the warranty." Someday customer service might be important to them but it wasn't today. I won't be shopping with them ever again and advise you to stay away as well. Of course the light came back on while driving it home from the shop. This is how the term Stealership came to being. More
Excuses, Excuses excuses Bought 2018 pre-certified used Ford Escape in mid January, returned car mid February for significant oil leak under engine on passenger side. So far C Bought 2018 pre-certified used Ford Escape in mid January, returned car mid February for significant oil leak under engine on passenger side. So far Corwin has had the car 45+ days and attempted 4 repairs on the oil leak. Corwin still has the car now trying to repair an engine knock discovered when they last tried to return it, which it did not have prior to any repairs. Now they say the engine knock is normal when compared to another Escape similar in mileage. Last week when the car was returned for the knock they acknowledged there was an engine "knock". I'm sure Ford will be interested to know their engines have knocks and it is normal. Very unprofessional. More
ripped off by service department on March 5the 2020 I left my car at corwin ford to have the a/c fixed. The compressor was making a very LOUD noise and was not cooling the car. The s on March 5the 2020 I left my car at corwin ford to have the a/c fixed. The compressor was making a very LOUD noise and was not cooling the car. The service dept diagnosed the problem as being a broken “evaporative assembly” which cost $3200. On April 17 I was able to take a drive to check the a/c and it still did not work. The symptoms are exactly the same! The dealer has chosen to rip me off and keep the $3200 and charge me an additional $1600 to replace the condenser, which was the REAL PROBLEM TO START WITH!\ I am disabled and on a fixed income. I can not afford to be ripped off by theseCharlatans! More
Poor Service Department This is just 1 issue but there have been many over the last 4 years. Had transmission ‘repaired’ in January 2019. In February 2019 had to take it back This is just 1 issue but there have been many over the last 4 years. Had transmission ‘repaired’ in January 2019. In February 2019 had to take it back in due to it leaking. Was told by my service rider that when they ‘repaired’ my transmission the technician didn’t fully tighten down the transmission bolts and that “I was down 2 quarts of oil and that there was transmission fluid everywhere!” They supposedly ‘fixed’ it. I am now having transmission issues again! Talked with my service rider on 10/2 who stated he would round up a loaner car for me and get back with me. Have never heard back from him. Left a message for the service manager on 10/4, after not hearing back from him, called him again on 10/8. He was supposedly concerned and said he would expedite getting me a loaner car and that he would call me back the next day, which would have been 10/9. I have never heard back from him. More
