My mediocre experience started when my truck was brought out to me and the rep asked if I wanted him to run it through the carwash. I asked if their carwash was safe to run my truck through. I asked again, reminding him my Bronco has a soft top. After reaching out the window to feel the top, he said, "Oh my bad. I didn't realize that." Before leaving the dealership, I checked my dashboard tire pressure gauge (tire rotation and service was supposed to be performed). The pressure readings were exactly the same as when I brought the vehicle in (left rear pressure low). After showing the rep the gauge, he brought my truck back to the technician. After waiting another 10 minutes, he returned and stated, "the technician recalibrated all the pressures; however, now your right front tire is low." He drove my truck over to the Quick Lanes and finally brought all 4 tires back up to the recommended pressure. After another 10 minutes, my truck was finally delivered to me again. Driving home, I observed the passenger side seatbelt casing seemed out of whack. When I returned home, I realized the technician was required to remove the casing in order to complete a seatbelt re-call; however, he/she did not complete the repair. It wasn't hard, only a minute of my time, but I repaired the side casing myself. Upon opening the rear door, the following day to put in groceries, there was a pair of black latex gloves lying on the floor - apparently from the technician working on my rear camera re-call. Just saying, the technician had two entire business days with my vehicle.....services were not complete upon picking up my vehicle, repairs were not complete upon picking up my vehicle, and I had to remove trash from my vehicle used by the technician. Overall, not very happy. Will probably travel to a dealership closer to Boise for better service next time. More

And we haven't seen the problem again since picking the car up. Amy went through everything they had done looking for the issue and reminded us that we had through end of January on warranty so that we can be sure to get the car back in again before then if the problem recurs. My 2013 F150 was running rough with a CEL. Had it towed to Corwin where they initially said it would take 5-7 business days to diagnose it. Excitedly 2 days later it was looked at. The tech checked a P0302 code, determined it wasn't a spark or coil problem...and then had service call to quote me 17k on a new engine replacement. Close to 7k more than KBB value of the truck. It only has 146k and I bought it brand new from this dealership. Beyond frustrated with Corwin over the last years. My salesman Rob is great at selling a car right before I walk in (he called 10 min before I got there saying the car was ready), and great at finding me a similar car 3 months after I had to go with another dealership to buy one. The service dept lets me know by actions they have zero desire to help with my problems. Even the recall issues I have had were unpleasant. Reading the positive reviews, this group treats certain customers great, but if you are just an average ID guy...not so much. More

Appreciate that I don’t have to make an appointment for most work on my personal truck which is a f150. And my work truck that is a ram. Not by choice. But they still service it for me. They have not idea what they’re doing and charge way more. Not being mean, just truth. I called day before and asked about getting rear brake done and head lights adjusted. At 0700 when they opened guy I talked to came out and remembered what I wanted done and got it straight back. Can’t say that for most places anymore. Appreciate the consistency, and that’s why I service my vehicles there… More
