My recent visit was to address a warranty issue with my front hubs making a rubbing noise. I wasn't too happy with Ford's inability to supply parts for warranty work. My experience was tough with leaving my vehicle for an extended period of time. Lack of communication from my check in guy Rick or Nick delayed our travel plans. He got me all the info I needed and help expedite the repair and return of our Maverick. Kudos to Chris for getting us back on schedule for our trip to Disneyland. Corwin Ford came through with Magic.just like Disneyland. More
