Marissa In service left a detailed message to set up our appointment and mobile technician, Sam Parker, provided friendly, on time, excellent service. We were very impressed with and appreciate the mobile appointment concept and execution of our July service. We would also like to recognize another outstanding Corwin Ford employee, Accessories Manager, Daniel Hawkeye. Daniel worked with us to select custom weather mats for our new SUV. Daniel followed through with our service installation appointment to ensure we were satisfied. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and helpful each time we have called or stopped by the dealership. He has answered our vehicle questions that surfaced subsequent to new ownership and driving or put us in touch with Corwin support staff who could. More

However, had to wait while my key and paperwork sat on the counter in front of the agent while he snarfed down his lunch. Waited 10 minutes unnecessarily to pay and get my car. He did give me a discount, but not because of the wait. Did not mention it to him. More
The absolute worst service dept. Since 2019 my family has purchased 3 new rigs from Corwin. There won’t be a 4th. On more than one occasion we’ve had to correct the service dept for un necessary charges. Tire for a 2019 mustang, they said it wasn't covered under road hazard, it was. Gouged the crap out of us on a sunroof repair on an F 350. Bought a truck for my Son, in sept, it breaks down. He and I both work. I call the service dept and ask them to call for recovery. They say we have to do it. When I asked why I have to do it? First reply was you will need the vin, it is in your computer we bought the truck from you! 2nd answer was because we cant? Both answers showed a complete lack of knowledge of your job. Get an answer. Why buy all the extra packages if I have to take time away from work to fix something under warranty or something a service dept can handle, its what you do, right? I know the over 150k I spent in there in past 3yrs isn't going to make a difference to your bottom line. I’ll buy a Yugo before I buy another vehicle from Corwin. My money is green and I work hard for it. There are other dealerships out there. More
They are not helpful nor knowledgeable. I left my truck there for months and paid $1,800 for them to not even know what the problem was. I couldn't go without my truck and zero assistance o I left my truck there for months and paid $1,800 for them to not even know what the problem was. I couldn't go without my truck and zero assistance on their part so I got my truck back (NOT repaired) AND they refused to refund my money despite not fixing my vehicle at all. FYI IF IT DIES WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING IT THEN IT IS NOT FIXED. PRETTY EASY. I took my truck to a local mechanic and they found the issue in a day.... for a fraction of the cost. Bought an Edge from Corwin in 2015. Sales staff just fine. Two recalls came up on the vehicle, both in 2020 regarding possible leaking brake fluid, and, steering gear motor bolts that Sales staff just fine. Two recalls came up on the vehicle, both in 2020 regarding possible leaking brake fluid, and, steering gear motor bolts that could fracture. I understood at that time parts were not yet available and we were all in Pandemic lockdown. I called the dealership in June of 2021, was told that they would have to check and call me back, which they didn't. A week later I called again and left message. No response. I emailed the dealership and got an email from the email guru there saying someone would call which they did the next day telling me there were no parts. I called again early 2022, left message and no response. I finally took the car to another local dealership who treated me like I was important and they were able to quickly take care of the recalls. Another friend purchased an Edge at the same time with the same recalls and could not get a return call from them either. I don't feel I could recommend Corwin Ford as their customer service after you purchase the vehicle is nonexistent. More
I am giving this place a 2 star because the sales crew was pretty decent. John sold me my 2020 F-350 DWR. The sales manager was pretty cool too. HOWEVER...... I called and told them it needed a new pan. I even tried to order the pan so it would be there in 8 days when they could get me into the shop. 13 days after making an appointment, I got my truck back. Then at 25,000 miles It is in for major repairs of a yet to be known nature in Little Rock Arkansas. I called my "dealership" asking for a rental car as I like 16 miles from any town. They refused to help me. I was directed to the Little Rock dealership for a rental. Sadly Little Rock is covered in an ice storm, has been for a week. If you are requiring any satisfactory service from a dealership, DO NOT GO TO CORWIN! Also if you are thinking of a Super Duty Ford, maybe consider a Ram or Chevy. Of the 4 months I owned this truck, 1 month solid of it has been in the shop. With no signs of relief coming anytime soon. Yet my almost $1,200 payment still needs to be made. Without this truck, I can not work. Side note: the drive tires only lasted 23,000 miles before needing to be replaced at 2/32 tread. More
