Terrible service department . Have had multiple vehicles there hoping for a better results . Not happening vehicles sat months not repaired . Now hoping it's a Ford thing & not specific to this dealer. A knock developed, turned into a recall, service was great. Then the check engine light came on, dealing with service has gone downhill from there. Made an appointment, soonest available was over a month out to show up & be told I didn't have an appointment. Called the "Service Manager" when I got home, shared my story & frustration, good conversation, rescheduled and "he'd take care of it". Showed up to be blowen off, a couple guys tried to help but only made it worse wasting my time & theirs. Before I start making the drive to Carson City, at this point hoping it's an option, tried calling service one more time, actually 4 times. Last week was able to leave a message, no call back. Today all I get is hung up on after letting it ring for a number of minutes never anyone actually answering the phone. It's unfortunate for a lot of us that for whatever reason Reno is unable to have a good Ford dealer. Hoping Ford is listening, Corwin needs to go. More

Van is very condescending and hung up on me twice. The brand new $80k truck I bought from them is having issues. They are refusing to even look at them. I’d leave no stars if it would let me. My mom has been waiting for her car to be fixed for almost 3 months now. They even admitted they’ve had the parts for over a month. If you are able to go literally a waiting for her car to be fixed for almost 3 months now. They even admitted they’ve had the parts for over a month. If you are able to go literally anywhere else, you absolutely should. I wouldn’t take my car here if it was the last place open in the entire universe. If you ever have to take your vehicle here for ANY reason at all, ask them how long the other vehicles have been sitting there. Seriously, just ask & you will be disgusted. Do not recommend this place. Literally at all😡 More

Tim went out of his way to fit my repair into repair and complete the work to meet my schedule. Tim also provided a loaner vehicle at no charge to provide transportation during the repair timeframe. I also met Nora with Customer Service as she provided rides to and from the Dealership prior to me having the loaner car. Nora was extremely pleasant and helpful! Will recommend your Service Department to friends and folks I meet as a "top shelf" establishment! More
