Very polite staff, but customer service policies, regarding warranty work, and wait times, in my case, and opinion, are very misleading. However, I had to wait, over a day, after my appointment, for them to inspect my car, and to receive any word about their progress. When the service rep, finally, called me, he told me that they had "driven my car all day, but could not find any problem with the transmission." Well, when I picked up my car, I discovered that they had, only, according to their own paperwork, driven my car for, about 7 miles! You call that "all day,"?! The trans does not warm up, enough, to be tested, fully, for a whining noise, after 7 miles! They had my car for a day and a half, for a ten minute assessment! My distinct feeling, is that they did not want the job, even though it had been diagnosed, at the transmission shop where it had been installed, as needing another new Ford trans. More
Overcharged for an incomplete job. Installed e brake cables and didn’t adjust the brakes to mesh with new cables. Additionally they were to perform a transmission flush. When I saw how they did the brake cables I decided to check the transmission fluid. It looked exactly like it did prior to the flush I have sent off an oil sample for testing and will publicly disclose the results once received. This is the 2nd and last truck that they botched a repair on. Very bad choice for them as I am one of the largest general contractors in the area and have been sharing photos and a narration of my experience with everyone who drives Ford pick ups in the industry. This dealership has went downhill since Corwin has purchased it. More
I would strongly advise anyone considering Corwin Ford Republic or and Corwin to be extremely cautious. In January, I requested a refund for a service contract I purchased while I was employed there. I was lied to about the contract terms, delayed for months without action, and misled repeatedly about the refund process. Only after pushing for answers did they finally admit that my cancellation was never processed until nearly three months after my original request. Even worse, a manager at Corwin Ford Republic made personal threats against my business reputation simply because I refused to accept being lied to and ignored. I have written proof of everything that was said. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of dealership leadership, including Jeff McConville, no accountability has been taken. Corwin Ford Republic clearly does not value honesty, customer service, or professionalism. I have documented the entire situation and will continue pursuing this through all appropriate channels. Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere that will treat you with honesty and respect. More
Bought a F150, high pressure and the usual silly games. Never came with a manual and after a year of trying to get them to give me one, I gave up.
