Also, the service representative (Don) was very helpful and courteous when I brought my old Escape in for service. When it was determined that my car was at the age that I didn't want to put more money into it, I commented that I would like to look at a good used Ford and at this point Don introduced me to Marcus and the smooth transition began. I feel that I got a good deal for the money. Ann, was also very helpful and informative about the financing and warranty aspects of vehicle purchasing. 5 stars to those 3 and the other friendly ones who made the visit a very pleasurable experience. At this point I would consider Gus Johnson for further business in the future. More

Convenient and comfortable buying experience I located a vehicle of interest on Autotrader and submitted an inquiry. The dealership probably got back to me within 10 minutes, and we arranged for a viewing. The Salesperson, Ron, took his time and answered my questions (also had the Carfax in hand). I wish Ron was more willing to negotiate on the price, but honestly I hate haggling and the price was already fair so the fact I did not get more of a discount is on me rather than him. :) Ann, the Finance Manager, was outstanding - knew what she was doing, explained everything, and was super efficient. She was awesome. So far, the truck has been great despite being several years old. Still runs and looks brand new. I would definitely return to Gus Johnson's in the future. More
