Incredibly responsive and helpful dealership! Avoid this place like the plague. We test drove the car and bought it with little to no issues. Got home and it was clear the power steering pump was going out. Car was making a weird We test drove the car and bought it with little to no issues. Got home and it was clear the power steering pump was going out. Car was making a weird noise and there was even a diagram of the pump drawn on the engine block. That’s not even why you should avoid this place. I reached out to them to talk about it and they never got back to me. Tri Cities branch reached out to me a couple days later and started insulting me on the phone. Fast forward 5 more days and the Spokane branch asked me to give them a call. I called, they said he was busy and would get back to me. It’s been 5 days and I still haven't heard from them. I’m fortunate this lesson only cost me $300 dollars. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually cares about you. More
