Here's the thing. I arrived to my appointment on time. Out of the 5 people in the reception area it took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the staff. Once J I arrived to my appointment on time. Out of the 5 people in the reception area it took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the staff. Once Jeff took down my info all went good. I really appreciated the ride home. I didn't hear back from Jeff all day so I called back at closing to hear they had no idea what was wrong. The next day I received a call to say truck was ready to be picked up . I am greatful there was no charge for repair. The people are kind just need to communicate better. Thank you for asking.
