Scheduled appointment Wed early morning but didn't have a tech available until late afternoon. Next day Spokane had snow and no progress (truck has new snow tires). Last day TCM learned memory cleared, seat tech available until late afternoon. Next day Spokane had snow and no progress (truck has new snow tires). I had an over a year long issue that i had to arrange on my own to finally get it resolved. Once I scheduled my appointment myself it finally got fixed and now I am satisfied.
