Traveling home to Pennsylvania, our truck broke down on the interstate highway and was towed to Corwin Ford, having been recommended by the towing serviceman. Things did not go as I had hoped they would and subsequently it was deemed that the truck could not be repaired in a timely and cost effective way. Subsequently, we had to purchase a vehicle for the remainder of our trip home. At the recommendation of the salesman, we chose the Jeep. The sale went smoothly and we were on the road again in two days. Thanks again to the Service Rep (Andy), the Service Technician, Sales Rep (Rich) and Finance Rep (Justin). More

On 8/19, I made an appointment online with Brody to test drive a car. After confirming my appointment, I drove 2 hours to the dealership, only for Brody to tell me he was busy and someone else would help me drive a car. After purchasing the vehicle, I received several emails from Brody (obviously from a template since he spent no time with me during the process) stating how nice it was to get to know me and my needs, and that he hopes I’ll leave excellent reviews about him on various sites, and refer friends and family to him. As it turned out, the door keypad code I was provided was incorrect. I reached out to Brody via email requesting that he provide me with the correct one. He replied that he can’t look it up and sent a link to a video for me to retrieve it myself, only the video was for a vehicle I didn’t purchase. I wrote him back to advise him of the error and he replied that it ‘should’ work anyway, and provided more inaccurate information as to where I might fix the problem myself. After another email detailing why I cannot fix the issue myself, and asking him to essentially put in some effort, I received an email that states he can’t look it up. He didn't even bother to reply to my last email. My issue is simple- I need the proper door code for the vehicle you sold me. My problem, however, is with the incredible indifference with which I’m being treated by the salesperson, who hasn’t actually done anything for me in spite of my purchase (I literally spent the afternoon with someone else- I don’t even know why his name is on the sales contract). If it was actually impossible to resolve my issue, a phone call to have a human interaction would be the minimum effort required to maintain a facade of concern or respect, but instead I’m told to figure it out myself via email. This is why people loathe used car dealers. More
