My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday (it was raining) to look at the 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Pro that was listed on CarGuru. After losing my beloved previous vehicle to hail damage, I was nervous about finding a replacement vehicle. I recently purchased a new truck from Corwin Ford and it was a great experience. I initially requested information about the truck online and I received a call from Jeremy Rousey in sales within a matter of was a great experience. I was able to meet him at the dealership the same day to look at the truck and take it for a test drive. He answered all of my questions honestly and if he didn’t know an answer he didn’t hesitate to ask someone else in order to find an answer for me. I was back the next day to make an offer on the truck. The whole process of negotiating felt very low pressure and he was not at all pushy or put off through a couple rounds of negotiating. Great communication and customer service from Jeremy and he was willing to work for a deal that was satisfying for both of us. The process of getting through finance was also very smooth.
