It takes time to special order a vehicle at Ford, and then it was delivered 19 weeks later before it came in. To top it all off I did not get the interior color my wife wanted. I purchased my Ford Escape from Corwin on August 30th, and the experience has been beyond frustrating from start to finish. My car broke down on the highway a week after buying it. When I tried to schedule a service appointment, it took over a week of being ignored, transferred from person to person, and brushed off before I could get anyone to help me. After finally getting to drive my new car, I’m still waiting on a $750 rebate. During financing, I was told by the fiance manager that the rebate couldn’t be applied to my auto loan because the sales manager was gone for the day. I’ve now been told multiple times that it was mailed, or would be mailed, then that I could come pick it up, then back to no picking it up and waiting for it to be mailed. I finally called Ford customer service and wasn't shocked to find out that my rebate claim wasn’t even processed by the dealership. It’s been over a month and I still can't get it from them. More
