Frustration abounded from accounting dealerships that clearly weren't even listening to us. We were inundated with offers for cars we didn't even want, with multiple people texting and calling us to push a deal even though they hadn't responded to our own questions yet! Enter Rich. Friendly, professional, efficient. He sells the way you'd imagine yourself dealing with a friend from the 50's in small town America. Zero pushiness. He simply describes the vehicle honestly, answers all questions quickly and considerately, and steps back to allow you to think about what's best for you! I required putting the vehicle up on a lift and taking video of the underside. Rich delivered. I wanted history, tire tread depth, etc. Rich had them install new Goodyear tires and then informed me casually, even though the car had only 23k one owner miles! I bought this car from 1,600 miles away without actually seeing it, other than through his videos and descriptions. He pointed out any flaw, and fixed every small one imaginable. The dealership portion wasn't flawless, but with Rich as the pointman, we are very happy with the overall interaction. More
