Worst service I have ever had at a car dealership and I have bought 20-30 new vehicles in the past 10-15 years. I have always bought GM products but bought a 2023 Lincoln Navigator and if Corwin Ford is m have bought 20-30 new vehicles in the past 10-15 years. Jeep had issue thought to be covered by the warranty but were not. Took the Jeep to be serviced dropped it off on Friday, Monday I received a call that nothing had been done and that there were addition pro were not. Parts that I had ordered on Friday had not been addressed until Monday. I had the keys pulled at this point to mentally prepare for the costs and damages. Had to address this when management at Corwin Ford services to be done at Corwin Jeep a different location. I have come to an agreement with Corwin Ford about my brake issues however the inspection team allowed a vehicle with multiple issues to be sold. More

Very poor service. I brought my truck in for a recall that took 2 weeks to schedule. I was told it would take a single day to complete and 10 days later and many phone I brought my truck in for a recall that took 2 weeks to schedule.
