It has been four days since I completed the process of buying a new truck, which I am very happy with. The financial process left me feeling that I had been bum rushed into items that I didn't want. One, the extended warantee, I had explicitly said I didn't want. The finance guy said something like, I'm adding the extended warantee like you had on the last truck at no extra charge. When I reviewed all the documents that I brought home the no extrac charge was the regular charge. Each time you are supposed to push a affirm button the finance guy should say, "This will cost you X dollars." The agent Gage on the other hand was a delight to deal with. More

Quick to respond by greeting us at door to offer what ever service was needed. Kaleb listen to our desire and needs and showed us vehicles we wanted to see. This being our 3rd purchase of a new Edge over several years we new what features were a must and others that didn’t matter. It took us 3 visits to actually come to a decision but Kaleb never made us feel we had to rush to a decision or that we were wasting his time. He was actually interested in us as a couple and we were interested in getting to know a bit about him and his family. Being able to text him a question or to let him know when we would be in Springfield was a big plus. Having top quality salespersons is the absolute best complement a business can receive. When I dropped my truck off I told the gentleman I just need an oil change not the works of anything. He goes no problem.
