It’s an understatement saying that the service dept at Corwin ford is terrible. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. Every time I have gone to them for a service the price changes. T Corwin ford is terrible. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. My previous service and tire change took 8 hours. Yes a 1.5 hour wait took 8 hours. They damaged my factory painted wheels while changing tires, yes they chipped the paint in multiple locations. The last 5 visits I had to request topping off def because they simply did not check it. They left items unplugged after fuel filter change, which I had to fix on the shoulder of the highway, because the truck was going into some sort of low operation mode. The service manager refused to let me talk to anybody else above him within the company. And told me to leave and never return again, but I requested in writing that they would repair the damages before I left .he would not do so. The list goes on And on. Do not get your service at Corwin ford. More

Wanted to purchase a vehicle they had. I was waiting on an insurance settlement. I asked if I could give a check to hold it fore a few days.
