New Ford F150 Corwin was the first place I went when looking for a new truck. I was open to any make (Ford, Chevy, etc) had planned to visit several dealerships. He was so patient with me. He let me drive several different trucks with several different engines. He was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great advice. I let him know I was going to check with other dealerships and he didn't pressure me to stay and purchase from him. After checking out a couple of other Chevy dealers I decided on purchasing a new Ford F150 XLT Sport 4x4. Mikal helped me find the perfect truck and the perfect options for me. Great job Mikal! Great, Friendly Service Most of the time I received a recall letter. I called and relayed the information on the letter. They said they would get back with me. I received a call and made an appointment to fix problem. I arrived on schedule, they said it would be 1 1/2 hour so we went to lunch. We were told that they could not do it because it was a notice letter and that we would receive another letter when the repair is available. So why did they schedule me in the first place? This is the first bad experience I've had. Why did it take an hour to find this out??? Not happy and wondering if I should go back to this dealer More
