Great, Friendly Service Most of the time I received a recall letter. I called and relayed the information on the letter. They said they would get back with me. I received a call and made an appointment to fix problem. I arrived on schedule, they said it would be 1 1/2 hour so we went to lunch. We were told that they could not do it because it was a notice letter and that we would receive another letter when the repair is available. So why did they schedule me in the first place? This is the first bad experience I've had. Why did it take an hour to find this out??? Not happy and wondering if I should go back to this dealer More

One of the mechanics left the plastic cover on my wiper..... I had to pull it off when I got home. Not a big deal, but would've been if it had been raining. The last two times I've been there something has been left or not completely finished. It has been small things but shows a lack of attention to detail.... either that or you need more shop help. I waitef a lot longer than predicted again but was a given a little break on my bill because of it. Your office staff is why I keep coming back. More
