The delivery time was 11. 5 months which left a lot of room for me to get discouraged but Emma's close attention I felt completely taken care of. When I scheduled to have the heater blower replaced (recall), I was told it was a 30 minute repair so I scheduled service while I waited. It took 4 hours, while I waited there. If I would have known the level of incompetence of your service or scheduling, I would have chosen other options. On top of this, now the blower is terribly noisy on the high setting. More
